Mission Ventures Thailand (MVT) is privileged to partner with Ps Somchai in bringing the gospel and God’s love to the primitive nomadic MANIQ tribe residing in the Patthalung hills of southern Thailand.
The Maniq comprise of one of the last hunter–gatherer communities in the world, with a total population of about 300 people.
This tribe has no settled home and they move from place to place to obtain food. Due to the changes of weather and over development, at times they do not have enough food.
MVT is their trusted contact and exposure to the outside, and has occasionally blessed them with cooked food, food stuff and clothings.
We praise God for the work of those pastors working with MVT – sharing the Good News and supplying food parcels that are very much needed.
