Mission
Our mission is to multiply the Body of Christ worldwide by transforming, equipping, and sending believers to carry the hope of the gospel from anywhere to everywhere for the glory of God.
Billions around the world lack a life-transforming relationship with Jesus, trapped in poverty, limited education, spiritual oppression, and a shortage of godly leaders.
Many have no access to a disciple-making community or anyone to share the Good News in word and action.
While Christianity is expanding rapidly in many regions, mission church growth is outpacing the development of trained leaders and sustainable discipleship pathways, creating a bottleneck that threatens spiritual depth, healthy community transformation, and the long-term impact of the Gospel.
Core Field Ministries
Discipleship
We multiply disciples by walking with individuals in their faith journey through relational mentoring, inductive Bible study, and Spirit-led, contextually relevant ministry that integrates evangelism and discipleship with everyday life.
Church Strengthening
We nurture Christ-centered, multiplying churches that proclaim the Gospel, make missional disciples, and nurture Spirit-led communities of faith. We encourage healthy leadership, cultivate Christ-like character, provide accessible Bible training, and integrate discipleship with everyday life in contextualized models that anchor believers and churches in faithfulness to God’s Word.
Compassion
We demonstrate Christ’s love in action by addressing the physical and practical needs of communities, responding to urgent needs after natural disasters, and bringing hope, restoration, and tangible expressions of the gospel.

We advance Christ-centered schools that integrate discipleship into daily learning, promote academic excellence rooted in a Biblical worldview, and train and empower teachers and students as Christ-like leaders impacting the lives of individuals and families with lasting spiritual and educational transformation.

How We Started
Our international ministry began in 1983, following a devastating earthquake in Guatemala. In support of the local church, we built relationships and shared Christ, repeating this time and again with measurable results.
From these early efforts, two core values quickly emerged: a commitment to empowering national Christian leadership and a desire to mobilise the church in missions.
